Any custom development work commissioned by you will be owned by you upon full payment, subject to the terms of our development agreement.

This confidentiality obligation continues even after our engagement ends.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in project proposals and agreements. We require:

  • Final payment upon project completion and acceptance.
  • All fees are in the currency specified in the agreement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
